Jessica Lee Keller is a professional dancer, actor and choreographer, originally from Stillwater, Minnesota. Most known for her role as 'Struts', the bubbly biker chic in Disney Channel’s Original ’Teen Beach Movie’ and 'Teen Beach 2'. She was one of the original members of Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet in NYC where she performed works by Crystal Pite, Ohad Naharin, Alonzo King, Benoit Swan Pouffer, Jacapo Godani, Cidi Larbi, Jo Stromgran, Jodi Gates, Angelin Preljocaj, to name a few. After 6 years with the company, her artistic versatility took her to the commercial world where she's worked both in front of and behind the camera.
Most recently starring in the short film ‘The Way it Begins’ along side Robert Roldan, and landing a guest star on the hit show ‘Code Black’ on CBS. Jessica is featured in the viral in flight safety video by ‘Virgin America’, and the latest Alpine headphones campaign. She has performed on stages across the globe, as well as multiple appearances on ‘DWTS’ , ‘SYTYCD’, 'X Factor’, 'Glee', ’The Voice’, 'American Idol’, 'The Ellen Show', ’The View’, ‘Good Morning America’, ’The Rosie Show’, Austin & Ally, and ’Shake it Up’. Her choreography can be seen in both ‘Teen Beach Movie’ and 'Teen Beach 2' as associate choreographer. ‘The Adjustment Bureau’ also gave her dual credit as assistant choreographer to Benoit Swan Pouffer and played 'Lauren' in the film, along side Emily Blunt and Matt Damon. She choreographed for Disney Channel’s Austin & Ally ‘Homework and Hidden Talents’ with Maddie Ziegler, Gloria Estefan’s performance of ‘Miss Little Havanah’ on the Rosie show, and Paramore’s performance at the 2013 Teen Choice Awards. Her contemporary pointe choreography can be seen with the acclaimed Legion of Extraordinary Dancers 'The LXD', where she also played 'Prin' in season 3. Jessica co-choreographed the top 20 routine on SYTYCD season 12, the World Premier of ‘Growing Up Human’, performed by the prestigious University of Southern California’s Dance Department. She was the associate choreographer with Mr. Christopher Scott on the Disney Short Film ‘How to Catch a Ghost’, and Emmy nominated SYTYCD routines ’The Gravel Road’, ’Sand’, ‘Velocity’, and World of Dance award winning ‘Architect of the Mind’. Jessica was honored to choreograph and perform for the 2015 European Games Closing Ceremony in Baku with a cast of over 2,000 performers, as well as assistant choreographer and lead female dancer on DWTS routine ’Titanium’, Emmy nominated routine ‘Classic’ with Derek Hough, ’Now You See Me 2’, Gloria Estefan’s ‘Wepa’, ‘Hotel Nacional’, and ‘Jem & The Holograms’,.
Jessica was the Ballet Mistress for Poetry in Motion in MPLS, the Ballet teacher for RADIX Dance Convention their first two seasons, and has guested for West Coast Dance Explosion & Velocity Dance Convention. Currently teaching with CLI Studios, CRAZE Dance convention, the Edge Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles, CA. and is a mater teacher across the US.
